Welcome to:
Yoga Birth and Beyond LLC
Serving mothers and babies during pregnancy and beyond. Classes are led by Sharon Stevenson, a certified birth doula, prenatal yoga and childbirth instructor.

Sharon’s goal with each class is to provide a nurturing, empowering environment that enables women and their partners to create optimum health and well being for themselves and their babies. Classes include:
